Noble Foods wins GroceryAid’s Gold Award
We are delighted to share that Noble Foods have been awarded a GroceryAid Gold Award for our commitment and support of the charity throughout 2021.
GroceryAid offers emotional, practical, and financial support to those who need it most in our industry. The work they do is invaluable, and we are extremely proud to work with them on an amazing cause. The support helped over 200,000 Grocery colleagues across the UK.
Gold Award winners are companies who have shown Ownership and taken Action by participating in eight activities across all three of their critical pillars; Awareness, Fundraising, and Volunteering. This includes companies who communicate internally, tell the industry about how they support GroceryAid, take part in the GroceryAid Day, promote their welfare services, have an active HR/communications contact, support a third-party event, support a central or regional event, donate a gift in kind, are part of an awareness network and provide free service to GroceryAid.
Activities we’ve completed this year include regular communications to colleagues on varying topics each month via our health and wellbeing portal and discussing how GroceryAid can help us and our colleagues during the company induction.
