Standlake Packing Centre is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Production Team based just outside of Witney. The Production Operative role is a key role that will support the team packing eggs for our retail customers.

What are we looking for?

Experience isn’t essential to us; we are confident that our training will provide you with all you need to start your new ‘egg-citing’ career. All you need is:

• Basic level of English Language 
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• A friendly and respectful demeanour
• Willingness to be flexible

*Please be aware we are unable to employ anybody under the age of 18

What does the role entail?

• Loading machine with packaging 
• Packing finished product from the machine
• Liaise with Warehouse, Ungraded and other departments within the factory
• Working with packing robots to load them with packaging and keep running
• Build positive relationships with other factory operatives
• Checking labels on outer packaging
• Working with liquid product
• Cleaning plastic trays and pallets to be redistributed
• Adhere to clean as you go policies & procedures at all times

Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday 06:00-16:30

Week 2 – Saturday, Sunday 06:00-18:00 , Wednesday, Thursday 06:00-17:30

Salary: 

• Production Operative - £19,948.50  per annum (paid weekly)
