🕒 Shift Pattern: 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday
💰 Salary: £13.40/hour
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!

- A FLT licence is required for this role
- Manage the warehouse operative team to ensure that orders are picked correctly and completed in time for planned despatch and deliveries are received correctly and placed in its allocated location
- Ensure bay management rules are complied with to ensure safe loading and offloading
- Ensure product is despatched with the correct paperwork and that the driver has signed it
- Ensure that warehouse organisation is adhered to (walkways, product zones etc.)
- Direct non-company drivers to check-in with the transport office when they arrive onsite
- Ensure that he/she is ready to commence work at the defined start-time
- Ensure that company standards are adhered to.
- Identify and develop potential within the team, and work closely with the Warehouse shift Manager in ensuring the correct training and support is given
- Foster a constructive relationship with all departments and ensure lines of communication are open
- Ensure that product is rotated to minimise waste
- Conduct any necessary training required for the role. The jobholder should be open to working in different areas of the warehouse department as required
- Identify areas of inefficiency and waste, and suggest improvements to the line manager/team leader
- Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed. Report any concerns to the relevant line manager
- The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times. Therefore it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times
- Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues and managers
The demands of the business may change in line with customer requirements and changes may be made to the above guidelines. The jobholder should be flexible to the changing demands of the business.
