What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!

About the role:
To ensure the site is legally compliant with all training requirements, all new employees are successfully inducted into the business.
All Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are up to date and in line with business requirements.
Champion business improvement for the site.
Key Accountabilities of the role – What I do IT
(The below is not exhaustive)
- Undertake COSHH assessment completion and reviews
- Undertake the writing of WI for all operations and reviews where required ensuring that all operatives are trained out against the work instruction after on the job monitoring.
- Complete/Review Manual Handling Risk Assessments
- Inductions for new employees
- 4,8 & 12-week reviews with new employees in conjunction with the immediate Supervisor/Manger
- Take full ownership of the training matrix, ensuring to highlight to Supervisors when refreshers are required,
- Always be 100% compliant on Legal training.
- EHS Level 3 internal audits
- Onboarding all new employees
- Work in conjunction with Night Hygiene to ensure that all CIC Cards are up to date and trained out
- All Risk Assessments have been briefed to all operatives regardless of job role.
- Identify continuous improvement projects, implement and follow through
