What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a energetic and passionate person to drive our production process.

Previous experience managing a team is essential.

The Role:

· Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines.

· Ensure that Pre-Start checks are completed before using any machinery.

· Working closely with the engineering team, agree and implement improvements to the process to maximise machine productivity and minimise down-time

· Drive product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed

· Adopt a “Right First Time” approach to their work

· Ensure that company standards are adhered to.

· Operate the departments within the agreed headcount to achieve the wage budget

· Identify and develop potential within the team, and coordinate the relevant training and support required

· Foster a constructive relationship with all departments and ensure lines of communication are open

· Identify areas of inefficiency and waste. In agreement with the Production Manager, implement and review the agreed changes

· Be proactive with continuous improvement ideas and project

· Ensure rotation of all staff within High Care

· The site is committed to always being “audit-ready”. Therefore, it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are always all in line with customer specifications

. Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues, subordinates, and managers
