Week 1: Sat, Sun, Wed, Thu

Salary: £36,700 + benefits

What are we looking for?

Our commitment to excellence is driven by a passion for improving our capabilities. We are looking to recruit a shift supervisor to support the production team at North Scarle site. Most important element for us is strong leadership skills, coupled with an understanding of health & hygiene and a genuine desire to work in the food industry.

Duties include:

• Focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the Site Manager, and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets.
• Actively control the rotation and allocation of our products to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with the engineering team and report any machine faults in a timely manner to maximise machine productivity and minimise down-time.
• Work closely with the planners to plan production runs to minimise waste, maximise product life and meet customer dispatch times.
• Work closely with the Machine Controllers to minimise waste, meet customer dispatch times, and achieve the best possible throughput.
