What are we looking for?

As a Production Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production line during your shift. You’ll lead a team of operators and technicians to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities -

-Lead production, engineering and warehouse teams to meet daily operational and manufacturing targets. 

-Monitor production lines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. 

-Enforce health & safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and quality issues. - Support continuous improvement initiatives. 

- Train, coach, and develop teams to enhance performance and engagement. 

- Drive product quality, integrity, and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed. 

- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies. - Adopt a “Right First Time” approach to their work. 

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Identify and develop potential within the team, Coordinate the relevant training and support required. 

- Support third-party audits such as BRC, customer audits etc. Assist with risk assessments and work instruction. 

- Previous supervisory experience required
