Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off / Night shift

Salary: £16.81 per hour / Annual Salary of £36,716

Location: Cannock

What are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team on the night shift, 4 on / 4 off rota.

This is a hands-on driving role involving collections from farm sites and deliveries to our packing center's. We offer steady work, a predictable rota, and guaranteed contractual hours every month.

About the Role

• Day shift/Night shift work only

• Collecting goods directly from farms

• Some manual handling required

• Drivers must be comfortable self-loading and unloading using an electronic pallet truck

• Ensuring safe, professional driving and compliance at all times

This is a practical, active driving role — ideal for someone who prefers variety and doesn’t mind getting involved beyond just driving from A to B.

What we are looking for

·       Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license

·       Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

·       Physically able and willing to carry out manual handling

·       Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

·       Previous farm or hands-on work experience beneficial but not essential
