What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!

Key Accountabilities of the role – What I do IT (The below is not exhaustive)
• Work with other members of the quality team to ensure that planned checks and tests are conducted in line with customer requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits of the operational areas ensuring all procedures are being adhered to.
• Monitor and report any non-conformances of customer and company standards (i.e. product quality, packaging, food safety, hygiene, documentation, traceability).
• Monitor raw materials for quality and compliance to given specifications.
• Conduct finished product testing to ensure compliance with legal, business, and customer requirements.
• Carry out product traceability and mock recall exercises in line with the site schedule.
• Conduct daily Calibration / verification tests.
• Carry out routine temperature monitoring within the Packing Centre environment.
• Complete daily label and barcode verification checks as required.
• Carry out shelf-life sampling as required by Lion Code and customer requirements.
• Conduct print record verification checks.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation and databases are updated and maintained.
• Assist Management in support of third-party audits such as BRCGS, Lion Code, and customer audits.
