Evening Production Operative
Mon–Fri, 17:30–02:00 | £14.06/hr. Hands‑on production role with full training, great benefits, and overtime paid at 1.25x.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our production team. This role plays a vital part in preparing, processing, and packing products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, take pride in your work, and help ensure customer requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are consistently met.
🕒 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (17:30 to 02:00)
💰 Salary: £14.06 an hour
Key Responsibilities
Carry out production and packing tasks efficiently and safely
Operate machinery, mechanical equipment, and automated systems (training provided)
Complete production documentation accurately to maintain full traceability
Contribute to achieving production targets and maximising efficiency
Maintain product quality, integrity, and hygiene standards at all times
Follow company Health & Safety procedures and training
Support waste segregation and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes
Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by Line Managers or Supervisors
Participate in required training to support personal and business development
Health, Safety & Quality
Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others
Report accidents, near misses, or safety concerns promptly
Adhere to a “clean as you go” policy and wear PPE correctly
Follow all food safety, quality, legality, and integrity procedures to prevent contamination or quality issues

Willing to learn and complete role-specific training
Reliable, punctual, and conscientious
Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods of time
Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
