Newly created positions - Are you ready to lead from the front, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact every shift? We're looking for a Shift Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing site at Noble Foods.

This is a pivotal leadership role, working across Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Health & Safety and Hygiene to deliver seamless operations, high-quality output, and a culture rooted in safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The role:

• Leading daily shift operations to meet production, quality, health & safety and efficiency targets.
• Acting as second-in-command to the Site General Manager — stepping up when needed to ensure smooth, uninterrupted performance.
• Championing a "safety-first" culture, conducting routine safety and quality walks, and ensuring compliance across all areas.
• Using data to drive decisions, reduce waste, and improve performance — keeping downtime to a minimum.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimise processes, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coaching and developing team managers to be confident leaders and effective problem-solvers.
• Ensuring standards, SOPs, and documentation are always followed — no shortcuts, no compromises.
• You’ll lead by example in health & safety, supporting audits, assessments, and training across shifts.
• Food safety and product integrity are non-negotiables — every shift, every line, every product.

About You:

You’re a proven leader in manufacturing or production, confident managing large, cross-functional teams in a shift-based environment. You thrive on structure but aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and push for better.

You’ll bring:

• Solid experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• A sharp analytical mind — able to turn data into action.
• The ability to coach, inspire and lead by example.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and production management systems.
